What’s the offer?

• Ocean Online Casino will award patrons that have never made a deposit before who opt-in and deposit at least $50 during the Promotional Period with a 100% bonus up to $500.
• The Promotional Period will be defined as the dates selected and advertised on the Promotions Page.
• Patrons may only receive one first deposit bonus.
• The bonus will be awarded as a pre-wager bonus with 30x wagering requirements.

Am I eligible for this Promotion?

• This offer is available to all existing Ocean Online Casino Patrons from New Jersey who have never made a deposit before.
• This promotion is limited to one Ocean Online Casino account per customer, meaning one per family, household address, IP Address, email address, telephone number, payment account number (e.g. debit or credit card, ACH, etc), and shared computer, e.g. public library or workplace.
• Patrons outside New Jersey are not eligible for this promotion. We reserve the right to refuse any payments to Patrons that log in under a different IP to their resident state/country. If suspected, your account may be closed.

What do I need to do and when?

• Patrons must have never made a successful deposit before in order to be eligible.
• Opt-in is required on this page to be eligible for this promotion.
• Once opted-in, in order to qualify for the bonus, Patrons must make a single deposit of $50 or more during the Promotional Period.

What would disqualify me from receiving a first deposit bonus?

• Patrons who fail to opt-in or make the necessary deposit of $50 or more during the Promotional Period will not be eligible to receive a bonus.
• Patrons who have already made a deposit will not be eligible to receive a first deposit bonus.
• Patrons with suspended or self-excluded user accounts shall be ineligible to participate in this Promotion and shall forfeit any claim to the used portion of the bonus and any winnings from wagers funded by the bonus.
• Patrons who wish to opt-out of the Promotion after previously opting-in to the Promotion may do so by contacting Ocean Online Casino customer service during business hours at support@oceanonlinecasino.com.
• Upon opting-out, such Patrons shall be ineligible to participate in this Promotion and shall forfeit any claim to the used portion of the bonus and any winnings from wagers funded by the bonus.
• In the event that Ocean Online Casino deems in its sole and absolute discretion that a Patron has violated these Terms and Conditions, the general promotional Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions of Ocean Online Casino, or has otherwise committed an act of bad faith in any way, such Patrons shall be ineligible to participate in this Promotion and shall forfeit any claim to the used portion of the bonus and any winnings from wagers funded by the bonus.

How do I claim my bonus?

• In order to withdraw winnings from wagering any of the first deposit bonus, Promotion participants must wager their winnings in accordance with the Promotion’s 30x wagering requirements.
• Upon successfully depositing $50 or more on Ocean Online Casino and opting in during the Promotional period, the 100% bonus up to $500 will be automatically added to the Patron’s account.
• Upon successfully receiving a First Time Deposit Bonus, both the initial deposit amount and the bonus plus any winnings will be restricted until the wagering requirements have been completed.
• Per the Ocean Online Casino Terms & Conditions (section 13.8), wagers placed on games will be used in the following order: Restricted Cash, Restricted Bonus, Cash, Site Credit
• For example, if a Patron was to use their winnings from the first deposit bonus and wager $1 on a slot game that resulted in a $2 win, the next $2 wagered would be deducted from the Patron’s restricted cash balance. Therefore, the Patron would need to have all other bonuses completed before the wagering requirements can start to be met.

Which games count towards the Wagering Requirements?

• Wagers placed on Ocean Online Casino games will contribute toward the Wagering Requirement. However, not every game type has the same rate of contribution, as shown in the table below:

By way of example, in order to withdraw the winnings from a $100 bonus, a Patron must first wager $3,000 on slot games (30 x $100) before they may withdraw their Bonus and/or any related winnings. Different rates of contribution can be combined in order to satisfy the Wagering Requirement. For example, wagering $2,000 on roulette games and $2,000 on slot games would satisfy the Wagering Requirement with respect to a $100 first deposit bonus.

How long will my bonus be available for?

• Patrons will have 7 days from the time that the bonus is awarded to play the bonus before it is clawed back.

In addition, the following exceptions apply:

• Only 10% of wagers placed on a “Gamble Feature” within any slot game will count towards the Wagering Requirements.
• Low-risk wagering or any gameplay deemed not to be in conjunction with the spirit of the Promotion will not count towards the Wager Requirement (e.g., bets on red/black or odd/even on any Roulette Game).
• Bonus rounds on any slots games do not count towards the Wager Requirement.
• Ocean Online Casino may decide in its sole and absolute discretion to amend, extend or terminate the Promotion at any time with immediate effect.
• The Patron agrees that by accepting any prize awarded under the operation of this Promotion, except where prohibited by any State laws, that the Patron grants Ocean Resort Casino and its designee GAN to use the Patron’s name, the Patron’s Ocean Online Casino player alias, the Patron’s city and State of residence together with any photograph or other likeness provided by the Patron for advertising and publicity purposes in the United States, without the Patron receiving any additional compensation
